
Broth is wonderful and healthy to drink on its own. I also use this broth for making chicken corn soup.
Broth Ingredients:
- 5 chicken drumsticks bones
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp whole pepper
- 1tsp whole clove
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- A 1/2 tsp size peeled ginger
- 2 garlic cloves peeled
- 2 bay leaves
Broth Preparation
Put all the above ingredients in a slow cooker and let it cook for 4 hours. Now the broth is ready! So let it cool down and strain and toss the bones.
Some times I also add one tsp of ground Serrano peppers in the broth water with all the ingredients before cooking.

Chicken Corn Soup
I save some raw scrambled eggs from breakfast. To prepare the soup I warm up the broth and add some corn starch to thicken it. Then when the soup is boiling I add the raw eggs, some corn, and some boiled chicken. You now have a yummy bowl of soup!
