Kale Chips (Low Carb Snack)

I am always looking for crunchy snacks to go with my nuts or low carb chevra. I came across this easy recipe on the Dr. Oz show ( I am a big fan of this show). This is Oprah’s favorite kale recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Dino Kale
  • Cooking oil
  • Seasoning. Cayenne or ground black pepper
  • Salt

Recipe:

Wash all kale leaves. Remove the ribs. Spread them on a plate. Dab or spray with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning and salt. Put in the microwave for 3.5 minutes. That’s all!!! You can prepare a healthy and tasty snack in a few minutes:)

Kale chips, nuts, and popcorn is one of my favorite combinations.
